Attena Creating visionary projects that respect and enhance their environment

Disciplined site delivery—from first pour to final finish

Building construction is where drawings become permanent. Our role is to run an organised, well-sequenced site—so the program holds, trades are coordinated properly, and the finish is consistent across every stage.

Design that stays buildable

Attena Group’s in-house architecture team develops a considered response for each site—starting with feasibility and moving through design, coordination and construction support. The goal is simple: make decisions early, resolve details properly, and keep the original intent intact as the project progresses.

How we run a project

  1. 1

    Plan the build properly

Site logistics, access, staging and critical path
    Long-lead items and procurement plan
Realistic milestones (so trades can sequence cleanly)
  2. 2

    Coordinate trades and interfaces

A large share of defects and delays come from “interfaces” (waterproofing to doors, services through structure, joinery to walls, etc.). We coordinate these early so they don’t become rework later.
  3. 3

Quality control at the right moments

Quality is easier (and cheaper) when checks happen before surfaces are closed up. We structure inspections and hold points so key work is verified before it’s covered.
  4. 4

    Handover and close-out

Practical completion is not the end of the job. We manage defects rectification and close-out in a structured way so handover feels organised—not rushed.

FAQ's

Yes—project structure can vary (e.g., lump sum, negotiated, construction management). The right approach depends on how defined the scope is and how much flexibility you need during delivery.

Yes—this is a core part of our construction experience, including projects that require careful staging and coordination.

Early—ideally before documentation is final, so buildability, sequencing and long-lead procurement can be planned properly.
